Carolyn Maher, B. Adult Ed.

Carolyn’s career spans three decades in many diverse environments.  The pendulum swings from large corporations to non-profit associations to contracting scenarios. Early commitments involved marketing and public relations positions from strategic program planning to speech writing. A personal evolution occurred with the attainment of an Adult Education and Training Bachelor degree with a practicum in Coaching.

Coaching became the catalyst for personal and professional growth as a two-way journey. Carolyn’s coaching experience, from perspectives of both Coach and Coachee, was firmly planted prior to coaching being a mainstream profession. As a study of communication, mindfulness, thought and progress, coaching has evolved.

Today, coaching is defining tangible action steps. Coaching evokes moments of awareness. Coaching is preparation. Coaching is improvement in self and relationships.
